  • Created the repo and installed gh and uv.
  • Scaffolded the package with a Typer CLI and the first tests (PR #1).
  • Added pre-commit hooks and a CI pipeline: lint plus a 2 OS x 2 Python test matrix (PR #2).
  • Protected main with a ruleset and wrote the README (PR #3).
  • Set up this documentation site and the first four ADRs.
